My interest in napping and it's benefits have been a lifetime in the making. I have been a research scientist at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies in La Jolla, California collecting data on sleep studies and nap research and worked with the leading experts in the field of napping. Since then I have worked with numerous private businesses to help improve creativity, productivity and general health in the work place. My work has appeared in the New York Times, Real Simple, TIME, CNN and Self Magazine. My research in napping proves businesses benefit from encouraging employees to take limited power naps (20 mins) but as an individual, you can enrich your life in a myriad of ways by harnessing the power of naps in various ways for creativity and increased perception, to balance emotions and clear your mind, to increase motor skills and improve alertness. I can show you how a 20 minute nap can become your secret weapon to a happier, more fulfilling life.
