You will learn:

How to reenergize and avoid never get that groggy feeling

To keep naps short ideally 20 minutes.

To take naps at different times for different reasons. eg. a morning nap can boost your creativity while an afternoon nap can clear your mind

Create a restful environment. Nap in a quiet, dark place with a comfortable room temperature and few distractions.

After napping, give yourself time to wake up before resuming activities — particularly those that require a quick or sharp response.
